Starting January 1, 2026, Russia will introduce a new annual payment for families with two or more children Conditions: Children up to 18 years old (or up to 23 if studying full-time). Parents are employed, pay taxes, and have no alimony debts. Family income up to 1.5 times the regional subsistence minimum. The amount and procedure will be approved by the Government.
