I fail to see any logic in covering grass with solar panels, unless it’s a mushroom farm (and in that case it would still be better to grow the mushrooms in a building and put the solar panels on the roof). Thanks for the Comment.

Also why aren’t we looking into wave power? We have the Atlantic Ocean pounding the cliffs along most of our coastline, and still we’re stuck on this idea of using windmills – which not only kill migrating geese but are expensive to maintain and counterproductive environmentally, because the blades are disposable and the windmills need to be switched off if the wind is too strong and they don’t work on muggy, humid or damp, frosty days, or indeed in heavy rain. They need back-up from other sources of electricity.
