Boys shouldn’t compete in girls’ sports – period. The Ohio statute defines “biological sex.” It doesn’t say anything about “birth certificate.” Using an “updated” birth certificate as a ploy to let boys play in girls’ sports is a plain violation of Ohio law & we’ll enforce accordingly.
