Many of our young people are not well, and we do them no favours pretending otherwise. VERY SICK, NEEDS HELP. I think many of them are deeply unhappy. They’ve convinced themselves they’re not good enough as they are, so they try to change it, and form like-minded unhappy groups. But happiness doesn’t come from changing yourself to fit or from belonging to fragile circles, it comes from understanding and appreciating yourself as you truly are.
