Next Tuesday at the King’s Inns in Dublin I must stand trial before a Fitness to Practise Hearing of the Irish Medical Council. I am being Prosecuted because I tried to expose what was happening in the Nursing Homes where Government policy was responsible for so many deaths. The regulator of my profession became the enforcer of these Murderous Policies. They protect the Minister not the people. They suppressed and punished any Doctor who criticised Dept of Health Policies. Why? Because the IMC are financially compromised. Now it emerges that throughout most of the Pandemic the IMC/Regulator were insolvent and on the brink of Bankruptcy, because of payments to themselves in the form of pension contributions. And it is clear that the IMC were (and still are) requesting financial assistance from the Department, in order to stay afloat and continue paying into their own pension pot. In a word- Disgusting!
