As former Taoiseach (PM) Leo Varadkar has 24/7 armed Garda protection, so why is he slumming it on Parnell St., Dublin 1, whilst trying to look Incognito? Now don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with Parnell St., but it’s not a place where the rich and famous hang out.
