From this, we can deduce that purposefully downloading videos of children as young as 3 being raped and watching them for personal gratification warrants a slap on the wrist. But if you so much as approach a plantation centre and record people as they enter and exit, you’re deemed a danger to society who acts in a “premeditated and targeted” fashion warranting a custodial sentence. The Irish legal system is upside down.
