THE rogue lawyer who nicked €18million from the banks is to be freed from prison before Christmas.
Michael Lynn is planning to leave the country and start a new life abroad, most likely in Brazil where he and his family lived before he was tracked down by the Gardai.
It is understood that he has already been left out on day release from Shelton Abbey as he prepares to regain his freedom.
His wife Brid Murphy has always stood by him and visited him in jail every week with their four children.
