It comes after a three-day manhunt across the capital

THIS is the moment cops cuffed wrongly-freed migrant sex attacker Hadush Kebatu this morning.

The 41-year-old Ethiopian was held near a bus stop in Finsbury park, North London, at 8,35am.

Kebatu was a dark-coloured puffa jacket with a checkered black and grey hoodie up, jeans and grey trainers.

He had acquired the clothing after being initially freed from HMP Chelmsford on Friday while wearing a prison-issue grey tracksuit.

It is understood he was recognised by someone on the bus who then alerted police carrying a major manhunt for Kebatu.

Cops labelled finding Hadush Kebatu as “a top priority”, with Justice Secretary David Lammy considering him to be “at large in London”.

CCTV from the Stratford area and “further afield” was examined, “including on the transport network, to establish information about his subsequent movements”.

The frantic manhunt has now come to an end with cops taking the mistakenly released sex offender back into custody.
