The incident is the third time in a week innocent women have been targeted in an arson attack

THE partner and children of a serving prisoner have been targeted in a shocking arson attack.
Gardai believe the woman and her three children, who have no connections to crime, had their home petrol bombed because of their relationship to the inmate.
One of the children was rescued through the front window of the living room.
During the terrifying incident at Labre Park in Ballyfermot, west Dublin, the family’s pet dog was killed.
It’s understood it ran back into the house after hearing screams from one of the children.
Detectives are treating the attack as intimidation.
The main theory is that the prisoner may have been targeted in a row over cash.
The innocent woman and her three children are now homeless.
Gardai believe a masked man lit a petrol bomb before throwing it through a downstairs window. They also suspect the hood escaped in a getaway car.
It’s understood CCTV footage also captured the callous attack.
