A “very, very unwell” man who repeatedly stabbed a Dublin Airport passenger in an unprovoked attack has been given a fully suspended sentence. The German victim of the attack previously told Dublin Circuit Criminal Court that the Stabbing has had a “profound” impact on his life. He said he hoped his attacker Kasonga Mbuyi would receive help to deal with his aggression but added that “society must first and foremost be protected from such acts”.
