A HOTEL migrant raped and sexually assaulted a crying woman who secretly recorded the alleged attack on her phone, a court heard.
Chret Callender, who was staying at the Britannia Hotel in Bournemouth, is accused of pouncing on the woman after a night out.

The 28-year-old asked the alleged victim for some “loving” but overpowered her when she rejected him, jurors heard.
Bournemouth Crown Court was told she recorded the horror on her phone in a bid to snare him.
The woman could be heard crying and becoming increasingly upset in audio clips, it was said.
Jurors were told she had been out with friends at Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens on June 13 this year.
She had offered [Callender] a lift to the hotel where he was staying because she was concerned about him being drunk and he had said no.
“He turned up at her front door, she didn’t want him at her address but allowed him to come in and eventually agreed to let him stay overnight.
“He was talkative, argumentative and increasingly it became apparent he wanted to have sexual relations with her.
“He said to her ‘Are you going to give me some loving?’ She understood that meant sexual contact, she said no, she did not want any sexual contact between them at all.
“She pushed his hands away but he persisted against her wishes.”
The court heard the woman told him “I don’t want to” and “don’t touch me” but he “carried on regardless”.
She then had the “presence of mind” to record Callender during and after the the alleged rape.
Mr Pyne said: “In those recordings you can hear the build up to the rape, the rape itself and then the aftermath.
“As the recordings go on she’s becoming increasingly upset and then crying.
“There’s sections with the defendant appearing to apologise for what he has just done.”
Callender told police he went to the woman’s home and admitted he asked “for some loving” but claimed he accepted her refusal and no sexual contact took place.
No details were given at court about his nationality or how long he has been in the UK.
