U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that more than 8 million Venezuelans have fled their homes as a result of the regime’s actions inside the Country. Rubio also stressed that Venezuela has become a foothold for Iran. “Iran, its IRGC, and even Hezbollah all have a presence in South America, and one of their key hubs is inside Venezuela,” he said.
