AFGHAN STABS GERMAN TEACHER SIX TIMES – COURT DROPS ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGE BECAUSE “HE WALKED AWAY”

A 29-year-old Afghan migrant brutally stabbed a 27-year-old German teacher in broad daylight, in a random attack that left her permanently traumatized and afraid to walk alone. He plunged a 10cm knife into her back four times and slashed her leg twice, then fled the scene. And yet, the German court refused to convict him of attempted murder. Why? Because he stopped. Because he ran. Because under a twisted legal doctrine, that counts as a “voluntary withdrawal” from the crime, even though he left her bleeding in the street, offering no help, no remorse, and no explanation. The verdict: 6 years in prison, and the charge of attempted murder quietly dropped. The attacker was later found thanks to DNA, caught only after robbing a bank. He had no education, no job, and was living off the German welfare system. This case is not an exception. A justice system that protects ideology over victims. A migration policy that turns a blind eye to violence. And a society that’s told to stay silent, even when its daughters are bleeding in the street. This is how civilizations fall. Not all at once, but one courtroom at a time. Source: Europa Press, La Gaceta
