I walked outside, everybody on the street was foreign. Visited my local shop, all the staff are Foreign. Then I went to get a coffee and the barista was foreign. I sit down on a bench, everyone around me is Foreign. Sitting in the middle of a 1,100 year old Irish city, all I can hear is people speaking Arabic and Hindi. Frustrated, I start to make my way home when I come across a stand for a local charity. But it doesn’t feel local anymore, instead of friendly Irish faces engaging me in conversation now I’m greeted by Africans, standing there with hoods up looking shady AF. As children we were taught not to trust Strangers, but now it’s official government policy to import foreign strangers en masse from the 3rd world. I am sick of living like this. I want my country back.
