TWO Afghan rapists were reportedly allowed to roam around freely for a month despite admitting the brutal rape of a 15-year-old girl.

Jan Jahanzeb and Israr Niazal, both 17, had arrived in Britain months before targeting the girl in the disturbing attack in a park in Leamington Spa, Warks, on May 10.

They frog-marched her to a secluded area before the attack.

She managed to take some phone footage and could be heard crying “you’re going to rape me” as she was forced away.

The Afghan teens were arrested days after the attack and at Coventry magistrates’ court in October both admitted rape of a child.

But the vile pair were reportedly not placed in youth detention until weeks later, according to the Daily Mail.

Instead, they were separately remanded into the care of social services and left free to wander, with orders to stay at their accommodation between the hours of 7pm and 7am, reports the outlet.

The decision was branded “shocking” by Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp.

He said: “It is shocking that these dangerous Afghan criminals – who brutally raped a 15-year-old girl – were allowed to roam free for a month.

“Women and girls are not safe under this Labour government. The system is simply not working.”
