Saw this online and had to share. Last week, a young man called Samuel Benjamin Small tragically lost his life following a fall at the Sisk IGB construction site in Ringsend. Originally from South Africa and a member of the Poolbeg Yacht Club, Samuel had built a life in Dublin, yet most of his immediate family remains overseas and cannot attend his funeral. In a moving show of solidarity, the Ringsend and Irishtown community is calling on locals or anyone whose free to gather at St. Matthew’s Church tomorrow, Monday 22nd December at 11:00am to ensure he receives a proper send-off. RIP
