A GARDA sent cops to his wife’s home for unannounced checks — while he was under investigation for threatening to kill her, the Dail today heard.

Det Trevor Bolger also used the Pulse system to keep tabs on Margaret Loftus when she reported his abuse, it is claimed.

The monster was given a three-month suspended sentence last week after viciously attacking and threatening to kill his wife Margaret, also a garda at the time, back in 2012.
