Firstly they should be handed over to the victims family so that they can exact their own brand of righteous justice.
Then they should be dragged by their hair through the streets,Strung up & then hanged & burned in public
This might actually work as a deterrent because strangely enough all the suspended sentences (Judge Nolan) or sending these deranged bastards to Arbour Hill with the rest of the nonces to be fed & watered for A few years at the expense of the tax payer just doesn’t seem to be cutting it
