Andrew was allowed to have Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell all over Buckingham Palace..Maxwell was also sitting on the Queens throne with Kevin Spacey..(total disgrace)Andrew has cost the British taxpayers zillions..
