A MAN admitted breaking into a woman’s home, beating her in front of her children and stabbing her boyfriend on Christmas Eve 2024.

Stephen Power, who had 57 prior convictions including for arson, possession of knives, possession of drugs for sale or supply, burglary, theft, and criminal damage, was before a sentencing hearing at Limerick Circuit Criminal Court.
