A CAGE fighting gangster pal of Andrew Tate convicted of two attempted murders has won a second human rights court battle to stay in the UK after fleeing his native Romania.

Gangster Adrian Preda, 44, – who fought toxic influencer Tate’s brother Tristan in a brutal cage bout – is wanted in Romania to serve jail terms on attempted murder and mob crime raps.

But a British judge has blocked an extradition request because the move would upset his wife and children now they have settled in Britain.

District Judge Kevin Grego was blasted yesterday after ruling at an extradition hearing that the “massive upheaval” of moving his family outweighed his crimes.

The mobster’s latest court triumph thwarted a second move to haul him him by Romanian authorities – after a previous request was blocked after his lawyers claimed jails there were unfit.

Preda’s let-off is the latest in a string of rulings which have allowed crooks and bogus asylum seekers to stay in the UK using European Court of Human Rights laws.
