We’ve now learned that Kardashian (23) who identifies as female and legally changed her name from Gabriel Alejandro Gentile, is residing in a council-owned house in Co Meath as a file sits with the DPP over whether or not to charge her with threats to kill.
Kardashian, who issued fresh threats against her parents when she walked free from Limerick Prison last October, has been interviewed by gardai and now expects to be charged in the coming months.
Speaking to this paper, the dangerous offender, who served five years in prison for threatening to rape and kill her own mother, said she wakes up every day fearing she’s about to be brought to court.
“I’m pretty scared and concerned that the DPP will press charges against me. So it’s just something that I’m very scared of because I’m loving my life on the outside and I just wake up every day wondering like, ‘Oh my God is today the day that I’m going to be arrested to be brought to court?’ So I’m very concerned about it. I know it’s obviously my fault because if I hadn’t made the threats then I wouldn’t be charged but nevertheless I’m pretty concerned about it,” Barbie said.
Kardashian had moved to Dublin upon release from prison, but now resides alone in a house owned by Meath County Council.
It’s because I’m registered with Meath County Council as homeless. Meath Council is to provide me with homeless accommodation. It wasn’t my choice, it’s where I was told to go. But it’s better than prison,” Barbie said.
“It’s emergency accommodation but it’s a normal house in a housing estate and I don’t share with anyone else. I live by myself. I have my own bedroom sitting room kitchen. I pay rent every week so it’s not like a communal facility.”

Despite openly admitting to making these threats, Barbie nonetheless brazenly and quite articulately explained why she intends to plead not guilty in court, if charged.
“I probably will be pleading not guilty and I’ll tell you why. What it will say on the indictment is that I intended to make those two guards believe that the threats I made I would carry out against my parents.
“But to be honest—and I said this to the guards when I met them—I don’t care whether or not those two guards took the statements seriously. My intention wasn’t to scare the guards; I had no issue with them. My intention was to scare my parents.”
