A 13 year old boy, whose mother died, has gone missing from a private for profit unregulated SEA (Special Emergency Arrangement) and can not be located. Where is he? Is he safe? Has someone harmed him? We know grooming/r@pe gangs are targeting vulnerable children in care settings, and it is NOT just girls.un one case a 12 year old boy with disabilities was targeted by said gangs. As identified in a UCD scoping report on predators targeting children under Tusla’s remit.
