Posted by Reza Pahlavi says he has established a Committee for Drafting Transitional Justice Regulations aimed at preparing legal mechanisms for a future truth-finding commission and court in Iran. According to Pahlavi, the committee will help ensure accountability for decades of repression under the Islamic Republic. Members include: • Dr. Shirin Ebadi (Chair) • Iraj Mesdaghi • Dr. Leyla Bahmany • Dr. Afshin Elian Pahlavi said international legal experts will also advise the committee as part of a broader plan for a future free Iran.
