Another Hamas terrorist arrested in Germany This morning, federal criminal police officers arrested a Lebanese national, Mahmoud Z., on a train entering Germany from Denmark. According to investigators, in August this year, he obtained an assault rifle, eight pistols, and over 600 rounds of ammunition in the state of Hesse, which he then transported to Berlin and handed over to another suspect, Wael F., who was arrested on October 1. Authorities believe the weapons cache was intended for planned attacks on Israeli or Jewish targets in Germany and other European countries. The investigation is ongoing, and police have not ruled out the existence of a wider terrorist cell.
