In other words we are being ripped off and the government are doing nothing to stop it, in fact increased, excise duty, VAT and carbon taxes from the government are compounding the rip off. Judge Martin Nolan suspends a paedophile’s sentence in full. Judge John Hughes gives Paul Nolan a 10-month sentence for a video he took and posted of asylum seekers on a public street, because asylum seekers are a protected class under Irish law. From this, we can deduce that purposefully downloading videos of children as young as 3 being raped and watching them for personal gratification warrants a slap on the wrist. But if you so much as approach a plantation centre and record people as they enter and exit, you’re deemed a danger to society who acts in a “premeditated and targeted” fashion warranting a custodial sentence. The Irish legal system is upside down.
