We understand why but what one cannot grasp is why there is no deterrence from this sexual abuse and especially using technology for their “thrills”? Technology exploits people and worst of all little children. Telecommunication corporations should be held responsible and their should be a mandate imposed to force them to have a moral compass and a justice system that imposes severe penalties. Be alert to porn on phones, computers, just learn and know this “Recently, cases of 10-year-old boys raping six-year-old girls are becoming more common as they see it live on mobile phones.”
