Irish Legal News: This autumn/winter has been particularly cold. Yesterday afternoon I saw a person lying on the grass in a sleeping bag; another morning about 7 am there were a group of homeless people just standing under a tree. What can be done about homelessness in Ireland. Tents are not the answer. The Local Authorities are hoarding “voids” and no doubt cash too, just a bureaucracy not able to meet the needs of our society.
