Over 6,500 Gardai have blatantly refused to sign the CODE OF ETHICS.  It is extraordinary that it is receiving scant attention from the main media.  One has to ask now if Drew Harris is losing faith in his abilities and those of the Minister for Justice to make the necessary changes.  Harris, I did criticise, for a long period of time, but I now believe personally that he is a decent human being.  Now, I think that he is only realising the depth of corruption in the Police Force, he came to change.  He is also learning that the Politicians in the Dail are not his friends, just observers.  Yes, he will have room to make changes but then again at what cost to his integrity and of the decent Gardai who go to work every day and who witness the Rogue cops at their worst and who are afraid to report them.
