Fred updates: We have all seen the photos of the burned out houses in Drogheda before; we have also seen the photos of the main players (Thugs) before – Maguire in the wheelchair; Cornelius Price; Lawlor now RIP and there are too many more which I will not name. In the last number of months behind the scenes some Government agencies in liaison with the Gardai have re-housed families under threat and they have been moved out of Drogheda for their own personal safety.
Lawlor’s murder now takes the Feud to Limerick and it involves the Thugs, the Dundons, and we all know how they terrorised Limerick City for years before being taken down by Law Enforcement. It seems some never learn from past mistakes and the two Dundons went in a separate car to Belfast to meet up with Lawlor and to assist him in collecting a drug debt. Well we all know what happened since. The word is called BETRAYAL and it shows there is no Honour between Drug Dealer Thieves. Lawlor was buried and only 15 were at the funeral. Some of his enemies laughed and mocked the event on youtube after he was murdered in Ardoyne.
The trail of this Feud now is becoming wider by the week. Drogheda into Balbriggan into Coolock and I would take a sensible guess you can connect it to Longford also. This is very serious and alarming for the people who live in these towns and the Gardai who have to investigate the main Thugs involved and who have to gather the information to establish a case against the Drug Thugs who are terrorising most small towns across the length and breadth of Ireland and here I am using the words of Micheal Martin FF.
So the middle aged blonde has the Gardai very intrigued. She is well known in legal circles and I will not mention her name but I am sure many in the future will do so on social media. What I can say today is – she drove the day before her boyfriend Lawlor was shot dead to the Border but now the PSNI believe she went further and stayed in alleged AirBnB where Lawlor stayed the previous night. It is also alleged the middle aged blonde removed vital items from the same premises and returned swiftly across the Border again. According to sources the PSNI are very keen to talk to this high flying Blonde because some of the items are crucial to the ongoing investigation of her boyfriend Lawlor’s murder.
In the middle of all this, Mr Big, who we all know but cannot name for now, in Coolock, has placed a direct threat on the blonde. It is believed that she has left her home along with family members and has moved into a safe house until things calm down. The problem is for the blonde and that is nothing calms down in drug wars. Lawlor was a psychopath – there surely can be no question about this Then came the murder of Keane Mulready Woods? Some parts were found in different locations and other parts are still not found and this must be harrowing for his family.
And then there is the tragic impact to another decent family, the Maughan family, are pleading now for a number of years and asking the people who know “Where are the Bodies of their Son and Girlfriend”? This Feud is in line with any Feud you would find between Mexico to Colombia.
As far Gangland crimes goes now, sadly Ireland have climbed onto the world stage for all the wrong reasons and the only way that the Gardai can get a grip on these Feuds is from people who know the Thugs involved and the Key Players but who are too afraid to come forward because of ruthless retribution threats and action by the Thugs. This is why I have said before the Gardai should bring in as they did after the Veronica Guerin murder the Witness Protection Programme. It has worked in other countries and it certainly can work here. Gardai cannot work alone in Drogheda and they need other Government agencies to work alongside them but more importantly they need the cooperation of the people who feel under threat and afraid to come forward. These people need assurances and need a little help knowing that they will be safe and when they get to that stage, maybe many lives will be saved also. Fred
