Child abusers among the 103 sex offenders freed from jail last year. Midlands Prison holds 350 Sex Offenders, but the Concern people would have is are these Sexual Predators Monitored properly? Do they avail of the counselling while in prison? It is said they do not see themselves as child sexual abusers and therefore are unwilling to engage with a psychologist and their team.
