Young men and Women have been Sexually Assaulted in Hostels (and if they say anything, who are they? and nobody believes them). Keegan in my Opinion is an Arrogant, Detached Bureaucrat who governs a bureaucracy that follows his example to the letter of the law. A child eating food on a Dublin Street … DCC need to ask why they consider that the hostels are run by professional services? The chasm between what the homeless tell us and what the Bureaucrats state is too wide. We need answers. Let’s ask Peter McVerry … or another person of great intellect and experience Alice Leahy?
