Dereliction Ireland. Why? 2009 we had Ghost Estates. Building houses takes 2 years minimum but if you renovate, it can be done in three months. Voids in local authority estates need urgent attention. They are disheartening for the people who live in the community.

The problem is Supply and the Greedy waiting for these double digit increases.

Why?  We allow excessive dereliction.  Do we want to be like Detroit?  An Exodus resulted in houses left to rot.  This is not the case in Ireland (YET), supply in the short-term can be tapped, even if tax incentives have to be granted and stop Ireland becoming a WASTELAND.
