Standing on the shoulders of giants. We are an integral part of the EU family of members. Homelessness blights our cities. It is winter. Owen Keegan DCC, Chief Executive, don’t be so smug, develop your creative brain and come up with a programme as Finland have done and end homelessness. Ireland we ought to be ashamed of the conditions of the people who we know are sitting outside open shops in the hope of getting money…it should not be a casual oh they take drugs and don’t give them anything to feed their habit. It is about the Common Good, Human Decency and human rights for the most vulnerable in our society
