750 homes to rent in the whole of Ireland … we have been highlighted on foreign news. We know from the work of people via social media, especially Twitter, that our country has many derelict houses and there are tax breaks like Repair&Lease which if complied with would take much needed housing back to the market in 3 months. Note this Bill is 1989. Why are we in such a housing crisis now?
