A father-of-three has appeared in court charged with confronting a lorry driver with a nine inch kitchen knife during a road rage incident earlier this year.

Amazon worker Valquir Borges (51), of The Hawthorns, Clonbalt Woods, Longford, appeared at a sitting of Longford District Court this morning following an incident along the N4, Edgeworthstown, on September 23 last.
