Ireland we ought to be ashamed of the conditions of the people who we know are sitting outside open shops in the hope of getting money…it should not be a casual oh they take drugs and don’t give them anything to feed their habit. It is about the Common Good, Human Decency and human rights for the most vulnerable in our society
