This is a Total Disgrace, and Fianna Fail are Trying to Cover it up. Why? COVIDIOTS in Government who make appointments have a team of civil servants to ensure they do not err. A medical doctor, not briefed. There are questions to be answered and there most definitely is discrimination in that the gathering at the fashionable Merrion Hotel was arranged at a time that we the ordinary people were being told the rules … which quite evidently evaded the cognitive abilities of Zappone and Varadkar who now seek to blame the Merrion hotel…Golfgate comes to mind; and heads rolled.

Ian Bailey, main Suspect, but has he been “Framed” in a mist of intrigue? Highly recommend “Murder at the Cottage, Justice for Sophie du Plantier”, (sadly murdered Christmas 1996). Jim Sheridan’s abilities as a film/documentary producer make the watcher want to probe more into what is a travesty of justice for Sophie du Plantier RIP but could also be for Ian Bailey. However it is very important to contextualise and this means we need to read what Sophie du Plantier’s husband said in his statement. Sadly he too passed away in 2003 but not before marrying again, a woman whose mother had been murdered, and having two children. Ian Bailey, if Commissioner Drew Harris puts in place a “Cold Case” investigation, if proved innocent will take Ireland to its knees with the cronyism in An Garda Siochana. The Morris Tribunal (McBrearty family in Donegal), the deaths in custody, John Carthy RIP and worst of all the massive injustices done to Garda John Wilson and of course Garda McCabe, his wife and family, will mean that these cases; the Morris Tribunal, have been in vain and an innocent man has been hunted down as a murderer, tried in France and found guilty in absentia and sentenced to 25 years, while the Irish An Garda Siochana failed to do a proper investigation of the case.

Commissioner Drew Harris is told by the High Court, Enough, the Young Garda who is Alleged to have Bonked Carla4Garda will keep his Job; and Cannot be Dismissed from An Garda Siochana. This is some Slap in the Face for Harris. To err is human and to dismiss this young Garda would be rash and too harsh. 4 years to reach this decision was a harsh enough punishment surely.
