“Justice Delayed is Justice Denied”. People have judged Ian Bailey as Guilty even though the DPP said there was no case to answer. What is sinister is that the DPP (Crown Prosecution Service is the equivalent in England) were critical of An Gardai Siochana and how they conducted the Investigation. All Ian Bailey and those of us who have signed the petition want is for Commissioner Harris to make a decision and grant a “Cold Case” commitment to Justice. The Interviewer horrified by the “Absentia decision of the French”…Yes, they found Ian Bailey (No Jury, just three Judges) guilty and sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
