Leo Varadkar has one character trait in common with Donald Trump – a narcissistic neediness for constant attention that marks him as a permanent political adolescent.

Leo Varadkar has always leaked like a sieve. But his latest leak is the least of his political transgressions.

These stretch from his delinquent efforts to destabilise Micheál Martin – even if it meant destabilising his own Government – to his recent betrayal of the retail sector.
