Am I reading this Correctly? Bail conditions were Altered in Relation to Rooney and Dawson, because the Gangland boys had their Xmas Foreign Holidays, Booked? Somebody is taking the Piss here? What type of Judge would give high profile and alleged dangerous criminals, in the middle of a bloody FEUD in Drogheda, the Freedom to go on their Foreign Holidays, probably using “Illegal Drug Money” – they may never return from the Cost Del Crime. One thing is certain: These Judges are giving, in my opinion, a clear message to the people of Drogheda that the Criminals have the balance of power. The Social Interests of Gangland now appears to be Priority over the people of Drogheda. Life on Mars – this is what our Judiciary, in the absence of proper judgment, are providing. Also it lowers the self-esteem of the Gardai who are trying to stop this FEUD.

For many years now, the Irish Courts have had “Poor Boxes” in Lieu of Fines or Petty Convictions in our District Courts all across the Country. One has a Right to ask who counts the Monies? Or we could ask who is Accountable for the Donations of Cash which are put into the infamous Poor Boxes? Just a Question, who collects the Cash Boxes after the day of Justice is Dished out by his Honor? Is there a “procedure” authorised by a legal structure?
